I was so honored to attend this beautiful VBAC last year. This mama was amazing and used hypnobirthing (why she is wearing headphones) to help her cope with the pain.
It was a beautiful birth! Her husband was right there by her side all the time, together with their doula Chrissy. Who is also one of my greatest friends and was my doula at my (home) birth too. If you are in the Seattle area and need a doula look her up, seriously she is amazing!
